AT&T is seeking driven graduates for a Technology Development Program, a 24–36 month rotational experience across four tracks: Software Engineer, Data Science Engineer, Business Analytics Engineer, and Network Engineer. Participants will work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain broad technical skills in AI, data, automation, and engineering.

In this program, you’ll begin full-time employment by July 2027 and work on-site at multiple AT&T locations in the

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate STEM degree completed before start date.
• Availability to begin full-time by July 2027.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week at specified locations.

Responsibilities

• Software Engineer track: build reliable, scalable software with clean, maintainable code and testable solutions.
• Data Science Engineer: build models, data pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions from large datasets.
• Business Analytics Engineer: connect people, processes, and systems to drive improvements with dashboards and automation.
• Network Engineer: plan and operate wireless and fiber networks, using data and AI/ML to optimize performance.
