AT&T is seeking motivated recent graduates for our Systems Engineering role in our Technology Development Program, a 24-36 month project‑based rotational experience across four tracks. Participants will work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and gain broad technical skills to accelerate their technology careers.

What you’ll do:
  • Systems Engineer: Leverage technical expertise and strategic thinking to enhance AT&T’s network, optimize applications, and deliver value. Collaborate across teams to automate workflows, integrate data platforms, develop tests, and improve system performance with a security‑first mindset. Use data skills to communicate insights and drive decisions. Requires proficiency in scripting, collaborative problem‑solving, and strong data analysis.

What you’ll need:
  • A four‑year or graduate degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) completed before the start date.
  • Availability to begin full‑time employment by July 2026.
  • Ability to work on‑site at least 5 days per week at the specified office locations.
Technology Development Program Compensation

Program managers earn between $77,800 and $130,800 annually, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
