Job summary

AT&T is seeking motivated recent graduates for its Technology Development Program, a 24-36 month rotational experience across four tracks. Participants will work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain broad technical skills to accelerate their technology careers.

We’re looking for curious problem solvers who will contribute to software, data science, analytics, and network engineering initiatives.

• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week at the specified office locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-36 month rotational program across four tracks: Software Engineer, Data Science Engineer, Business Analytics Engineer, and Network Engineer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects and practical solutions.
• Develop broad technical skills in AI, data, automation, and software engineering.
• Contribute to program objectives and demonstrate leadership potential during rotations.

AT&T is seeking motivated recent graduates for our Technology Development Program, a 24 - 36 month project-based rotational experience across four tracks. Participants will work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain broad technical skills to accelerate their technology careers. We’re looking for curious, collaborative problem solvers who are excited to use technology, data, automation, AI, and engineering to build practical solutions and continue growing.

What you’ll do

• Software Engineer: Build reliable, scalable software that solves real-world problems. Write clean, maintainable code, test and improve solutions, use AI-assisted development tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Node.js is helpful.
• Data Science Engineer: Use data science, machine learning, generative AI, and software engineering to solve complex business challenges. Work with large datasets, build models and data pipelines, explore AI agents and automation, and turn insights into business impact. Experience with Python, SQL, machine learning, and data analysis is preferred; familiarity with R, Spark, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, or model evaluation is a plus.
• Business Analytics Engineer: Use data, dashboards, automation, systems thinking, and AI tools to improve technical processes and operations. Partner across teams to connect people, processes, and systems, translate complex information into insights, and create practical solutions. Experience with analytics, dashboards, automation, and strong communication is preferred.
• Network Engineer: Help plan, build, and operate advanced wireless and fiber networks, including 5G and fiber solutions. Use data, automation, AI/ML, and technical problem-solving to improve network performance, optimize operations, and support data-informed decisions. Skills in analytics, programming, automation, communication, and leadership are helpful.

Compensation

Our Technology Development Program managers earn between $77,800 - $130,800 annually.
