AT&T is offering a Technology Development Program Internship for rising seniors in STEM fields. This 10–12 week summer experience provides hands-on learning across software, data science, business analytics, and network engineering tracks.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week at the specified office locations.
• Passion for technology; eager to innovate, learn, and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Software Engineer track: build, test, and improve reliable software solutions using modern development practices.
• Data Science Engineer track: apply data science, ML, and AI to solve business problems and build scalable data pipelines.
• Business Analytics Engineer track: use data, dashboards, automation, and AI tools to drive process improvements.
• Network Engineer track: support planning, building, and optimizing wireless and fiber networks including 5G
