Job summary

Stantec is seeking a college student to support a variety of upcoming projects within the Buildings-US Northeast BSS group in New York. You will work under close supervision on tasks and smaller projects, assisting on telecom, security, and AV designs and performing Revit and CAD work in line with internal standards.

This role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and professional development as part of a larger project team guided by a Senior Engineer/Designer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient with CADD, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Able to work in a project team and take direction from senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Produce CADD drawings for projects.
• Perform field work evaluating existing sites.
• Contribute to technology design including telecom, security, and AV systems.
• Assist with engineering duties on projects of varying complexity.
• Support senior engineers and designers as needed.
