Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Anaheim to support planning, coordination, and execution of technology-driven safety initiatives across domestic and international environments.

You will partner with the Manager - Technical Program Management and cross-functional teams to drive deployment readiness, data reporting, and stakeholder communications in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting projects, operations, or deployments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder reports.
• Detail-oriented with ability to track tasks and timelines.
• Collaborates with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
• Occasional 2nd/3rd shift work and overnight activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple deployment projects with milestones.
• Track progress, report status, and manage risks and actions.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams during installation and testing.
• Support UAT, turnover, and integration of hardware, software, and infra.
• Analyze data, develop dashboards and presentations for progress.
• Maintain schedules, dashboards, and documentation; share knowledge.
• Coordinate with vendors and sites to ensure deployments run smoothly.
