Job summary
Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of technology deployment projects across global environments. You will partner with the Manager of Technical Programs and cross-functional teams to drive deployment readiness, video analytics initiatives, and stakeholder communications.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically curious, and able to thrive in fast-paced operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years supporting projects, operations, or technical coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder updates.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination and execution of multiple deployment projects.
- Assist with tracking, documentation, status reporting and risk identification.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams during installation and testing.
- Support UAT, deployment readiness and system integration.
- Develop reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate progress.
- Maintain schedules, dashboards and technical documentation; share knowledge.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and site leadership to ensure continuity.
