Flik Hospitality Group in the United States is seeking a seasoned Technology Deployment Lead to oversee end‑to‑end implementation across a multi‑site portfolio, serving as the bridge between operations, technology partners, E15/data teams, vendors, and field leadership.

You will manage deployment plans, timelines, site readiness, risks, testing, and stakeholder communication, while driving user adoption through training, documentation, and post‑launch support, with a focus on data, dashboards

Qualificações

• Lead and coordinate technology deployments across the portfolio, including POS, kiosks, mobile ordering, digital signage, connectivity, reporting tools, and other operational systems.
• Manage implementation plans, timelines, site readiness, risks, dependencies, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with Operations, E15/data teams, technology partners, vendors, and the client to translate operational needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Drive operator adoption through training, change management, documentation, and post-launch support.
• Ensure data, reporting, dashboards, and KPI requirements are considered part of technology implementations.
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and improved system reliability.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into deployment status, risks, adoption, and required decisions.
