Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using project management software/tools (MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, ServiceNow).
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience in project/portfolio/demand governance roles in tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute DTS demand intake and assess feasibility, value, and alignment.
• Support governance and cross-governance committee flow to maximize value delivery.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, risks, and issues to governance bodies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and documentation with minimal supervision.
• Support value realization processes and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams through demand qualifications.
• Provide guidance and training to operational, clinical, and DTS caregivers.
