Job summary

Visa is seeking an Analyst to support and evolve the Demand Management function within its Third-Party Technology Management practice. The role blends business analysis, data analytics, and automation to improve how technology demand is planned, forecasted, tracked, and fulfilled across hardware, software, and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with large datasets to identify trends, develop forecasts, and support business decision-making.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Strong Excel skills, including data modeling, forecasting, pivot tables, and advanced reporting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Visa's multi-year technology demand planning across hardware, software, cloud services, and vendor-based tech solutions.
• Analyze demand data, consumption trends, asset utilization, and budget forecasts to improve planning accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design future-state solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models that provide visibility into demand forecasts and portfolio health.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI, low-code platforms, scripting, and workflow automation tools.
• Design and implement process improvements leveraging ServiceNow workflows, Power Platform, and BI tools.
