Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business/related field.
- 8+ years of experience with a relevant degree.
- 12+ years of experience without a degree or equivalent.
- 5 years in project management, portfolio management, and demand-capacity.
- 5 years facilitating process development with stakeholders.
- Experience with IT demand management concepts and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workload review processes and demand management activities.
- Develop and manage request intake processes and data reporting.
- Support stakeholders with information needs and process improvements.
