Job summary

Flagstar Bank seeks a Technology Manager to oversee the management and coordination of all new product activities across the Bank. You will guide a team of IT professionals responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of product-related activities, delivering service to internal business customers.

You will lead multiple projects, communicate progress across teams, and provide strategic and operational guidance to drive product delivery and IT roadmap execution.

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years IT experience, preferably in Mortgage or Banking industries.
• Strong system development, technical analytics and leadership experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team for development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications.
• Communicate status across IT teams and business units to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as conduit between customers and the software development team for requirements flow.
• Provide guidance and leadership to multiple projects delivering value to internal customers.
• Offer technical, strategic and tactical guidance to internal stakeholders.
