You will oversee full project lifecycles, manage multiple teams, and develop dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across city agencies. A bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years full-time professional experience related to the projects and policies studied.
• Equivalency allowed with eighteen months of managerial/administrative/supervisory experience.
• Experience aligning technology initiatives with business needs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full life cycle of technology projects from intake to operations.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to set priorities and form cross-functional groups.
• Manage multiple project teams and ensure coordinated delivery.
• Track timelines, deliverables and performance metrics for success.
• Develop roadmaps, dashboards and delivery playbooks for clear decisions.
• Translate complex technical concepts for business owners and drive alignment.
