• 5+ years of legal experience.

• Develop, review, negotiate, and revise technology contracts including software licenses and SaaS agreements.
• Advise on legal risks, data-use and compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, GDPR, IP, and accessibility.
• Coordinate with procurement, ISO, and other departments to ensure contracts meet business objectives.
