Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC in Frisco, TX seeks experienced Consulting Delivery Managers to oversee scoping, architecture, and delivery for customers within a new AI team. You will build delivery capabilities, establish standards and best practices, and work on cutting-edge AI technology projects.

This role requires prior people management and strong experience in consulting or solutions delivery, with hands-on skills in GenAI, AI Agents, RAG patterns, guardrails, and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in consulting, delivery, or equivalent.
• 2+ years managing people directly.
• Experience in customer-facing or delivery roles (solutions engineer/architecture/consulting).
• Capability in project scoping, budgeting, client engagement, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of AI projects with hands-on contribution (30%).
• Manage delivery teams and mentoring (30%).
• Consult with clients, shape scope, manage expectations and engagement (40%).

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

We are looking for multiple experienced Consulting Delivery Managers to oversee project scoping, architecture, and delivery for customers. In this position you will be part of a new AI team for a national consulting organization and be building delivery capabilities, customer relationships, setting standards & best practices, and working on cutting‑edge AI technology projects.

This position requires prior experience directly leading people and engaging with customers in a consulting, solutions delivery, for-ward-deployed, or similar capacity. It also requires broad general knowledge across multiple domains of AI product development (examples include GenAI, Agentic frameworks, MCP, LLM integrations, RAG patterns, guardrails, security, and risk management, AI enablement, and more) as well as more in-depth hands‑on skills in at least one or two domains.

This is a hybrid position in Frisco, TX
