Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Lead Consultant at a senior engineering/architecture level in Plano, TX. You will lead customer engagements, define implementation vision and goals for AI adoption, and guide both engineers and client stakeholders through delivery.

The role requires hands-on AI delivery experience, including GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks, plus strong consulting and client-management skills. This is a hybrid position in Plano.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 1+ year in a consulting, solutions delivery, or client-facing position.
• Hands-on technical skills delivering AI solutions.
• Experience with RAG, LLMs, Agentic frameworks, GenAI, and architecture standards & frameworks.

Job description

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

We are looking for a Lead Consultant at the senior engineering or architecture level. In this position you would be leading customer engagements and defining implementation vision & goals for customer AI adoption and projects. This will involve creating delivery strategy, working with internal engineering & customer stakeholders, guiding engineers, and helping implement solutions.

This position requires a hands‑on technical background in AI solutions including GenAI, Agentic AI, AI integrations, AI development, and more as well as prior experience in direct customer‑facing positions (ideally consulting).

This is a hybrid position in Plano, TX
