Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing technology, consulting, enablement, training, solutions engineering, customer success, or related role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering software demonstrations, presentations, training sessions, or workshops.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience translating technical concepts into clear business value.
• Background in financial services, fintech, wealth tech, or related industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms, financial software, reporting platforms, or enterprise software solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities
