POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technology Consultant’s activities include configuration and testing of solutions, assisting with survey programming, building dashboards, and platform integrations. The Consultant acts as the solution delivery project manager to ensure the project is completed according to agreed objectives, project plan, scope, budgeted effort and committed time frame. The key part of the role is to enable clients to quickly receive value from their purchased Qualtrics products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Become an expert on the Qualtrics XM Platform and related solutions
• Play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of services, demonstrating the value we can provide.
• Participate in total account management activities including but not limited to completing intake forms, change orders, SOW updates, etc.
• Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment
• Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through zoom and email
• Train and educate clients on specific and new aspects of the XM Platform and related solutions
• Create project scope by gathering technical requirements and understanding timelines and deliverables
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion
• Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations
• Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies
• Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Informatics, Psychology, Sociology, or related field or relevant experience
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Previous experience working with Qualtrics, or similar customer/employee management platforms preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executives
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize daily tasks
• Previous experience with work operating systems and enterprise resource planning platforms helpful (Monday.com and SAP ByDesign preferred)
