Job summary

Ernst & Young U.S. LLP in San Antonio seeks a Technology Cons - Salesforce Manager to lead Salesforce deployments across multiple client engagements.

The role includes requirements and design document development, stakeholder collaboration, and guiding teams through all delivery phases in both on-site and remote settings. You will drive UAT support, defect resolution, and user adoption materials while coordinating with senior managers for service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
• Must have 3 years of experience in software configuration, development, workflow, and process design, analysis, and/or quality assurance.

Technology Consulting, Service Delivery Center, Customer Digital Technology - Salesforce (Financial Services Office) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1746297), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Antonio, TX.

Participate in all delivery phases of Salesforce Solution deployments for the Service Delivery Center. Work on Salesforce configurations and customizations. Work on Salesforce integrations and data migrations. Work in agile and sure-step methodologies. Lead team members in all delivery phases, including inception, elaboration, construction, and transition, across multiple engagements. Oversee the development of requirements specifications and design documents. Facilitate workshops to elicit functional requirements from client partners both remotely and on-site. Document, refine, and publish requirement artifacts in support of client business needs. Develop requirements specifications and design documents. Create use cases for business process flows. Document design workshop deliverables. Complete configuration documents. Conduct unit tests and analyze results to confirm that the developed code meets requirements. Support user acceptance testing and defect resolution. Develop training and communications materials to drive user adoption. Support the Senior Managers in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the Salesforce Competency within the Service Delivery Center.

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 - 45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
• Must have 3 years of experience in software configuration, development, workflow, and process design, analysis, and/or quality assurance.
• Must have 3 years of experience as a member of a technology team participating in one or a combination of the technology life cycle phases, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion, and/or testing.
• Must have 1 year of experience with implementing technology solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Must have 1 year of experience with Salesforce configuration, integration, and project delivery, including Workflows, Plugins, and/or System Administration.
• Must have 1 year of experience with Salesforce automated solution deployments and DevOps solutions in a shared services function and/or environment.
• Requires domestic travel up to 15% to serve client needs.
