Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks an experienced professional to manage Technology & Operations audits and regulatory exams, coordinating with multiple jurisdictions. You will lead readiness sessions, deep dive reviews, and provide constructive challenge on materials for auditors and regulators, ensuring high-quality submissions.

The role collaborates with ARI, T&O teams, and senior governance bodies, driving improvements and reporting across exam lifecycles.

Qualifications

• University degree/5-7 years in Regulatory Compliance, Audit or Risk Management.
• Experience leading or assisting audits.
• Solid knowledge of banking risk types and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist ARI and broader risk functions in T&O audits and exams.
• Oversee pre-audit/pre-exam activities and coordinate documentation.
• Lead gathering of regulatory and audit deliverables and prepare management responses.
• Provide status updates to ARI Director and stakeholders on exams and audits.
• Review audit results, track themes and drive readiness across the lifecycle.
