Job summary

AIG is seeking an IT Technology Analyst for its Technology Analyst Program (TAP). This 24-month rotation program builds breadth and depth in technology through three 8-month rotations, offering hands-on experience on meaningful projects across Business Technology, Corporate Technology, and IT Business Management.

Analysts develop technical, business, and professional skills within a global insurance context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree to be received no later than June 2027.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher.
Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring working in the office at least four days per week.
Previous internship experience is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Architecture: Develop enterprise and domain architecture roadmaps aligning with technology strategy.
Business Partnership: Gather requirements across business and Technology teams.
Data: Analyze data to generate insights for informed decisions.
Cybersecurity: Support protection of systems, data, and stakeholders.
Engineering: Contribute to software or systems engineering initiatives including cloud and infrastructure.
Technology PM: Support project execution and technology operations.
Technology Risk & Controls: Assist with identifying and managing technology risks.
