American International Group (AIG) invites early-career technologists to join the Technology Analyst Program (TAP). The 24‑month rotation welcomes you to work across architecture, data, engineering, cybersecurity, and IT project management, building broad technical and business skills.

You will learn from senior leaders, participate in masterclasses, and contribute to initiatives that support AIG's digital strategy while developing your professional network and career path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree to be completed no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher.
• Program start available July 26, 2027.
• Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring four days per week in the office.
• Previous internship experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Architecture: Support enterprise and domain architecture roadmaps and requirements.
• Business Partnership: Gather requirements and support solutions aligned with priorities.
• Data: Analyze and model data to generate insights for decisions.
• Cybersecurity: Help develop and support cybersecurity solutions.
• Engineering: Contribute to software or systems engineering initiatives, including cloud and infrastructure.
• Technology PM: Support project execution and technology operations.
• Technology Risk: Identify and manage technology risks and controls.
