The director will shape the technology roadmap, evaluate AI and automation, supervise the tech team, manage budgets, and oversee security and operational efficiency across the firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology experience with CRM, cybersecurity, AI adoption, change management, data management, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's technology roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation solutions, to improve productivity and client service.
• Partner with executives to identify technology-enabled growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Manage the technology team and IT budgets and resources.
• Oversee security, continuity planning, and vendor relationships.
• Lead data governance and integration across platforms.
