Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking an experienced technology and commercial transactional attorney to support its Technology/IT legal team. The attorney will advise on complex technology and commercial contracts for multiple brands, including Dunkin', Baskin-Robbins, Arby’s, and SONIC, with a focus on AI-related matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of complex technology and commercial transactions including SaaS, software/hardware licenses, data licensing, consulting agreements, statements of work, and related arrangements for Inspire Brands and its brands.
• Interpret and advise internal clients on contract provisions, rights, obligations, and business implications of proposed actions under existing contracts.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on licensing, technology, commercial, and AI-related matters, with emphasis on AI governance and risk mitigation.
• Support AI governance program by advising on AI use cases and ensuring contractual protections.
• Stay current on market-standard AI contractual provisions and regulatory developments.
