Radiology Ltd Llc in Tucson, AZ is seeking an entry-level Technologist Assistant for our Women's Imaging team. This full-time role supports radiology staff during mammograms, ultrasounds, and related exams, with preparation, documentation, patient education, and scheduling responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, strong customer service and teamwork, and proficiency with Windows apps. Medical Office experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and adaptability to a busy workflow.
• Ability to work on a team and seek out where help is needed.
• Proficient in Windows based PC applications.
• Prior medical office experience helpful (Medical Assistant training).

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams.
• Input accurate documentation from technologist history sheet into application for the radiologist.
• Navigate multiple computer systems.
• Provide patient education for exams and biopsies.
• Schedule patients for callback exams and biopsies.
• Call referring physician's office for orders.
• Assist technologists and radiologists with other duties as needed.
