Job summary

IFF in Rockland, ME is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technologist to join our laboratory team, supporting product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance through testing, investigations, and meticulous record-keeping.

You will monitor GMP/HACCP/FSMA standards, perform routine QC checks, conduct sensory tests, and help develop SOPs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure consistent, safe products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing QA or QC.
• Ability to perform basic math and reading.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
