Job summary

RCG, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) to support a federal financial regulatory agency in Tysons, VA.

This on-site role bridges business operations and technology teams, driving service excellence through process analysis, workflow optimization, QA, training, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend business analysis with operational excellence and technical acumen to evaluate processes, identify improvements,

Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance required; 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar.
Experience in banking/financial services or regulatory environments.
Hands-on Salesforce experience with workflows, dashboards, reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze business operations and service delivery to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead QA activities across service desk and customer support.
Perform root cause analyses and define corrective actions.
Gather and validate business, functional, and operational requirements.
Design and optimize workflows, SOPs, and business processes.
Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics for data-driven decisions.
Coordinate between stakeholders, operations, and IT teams.
Create and maintain knowledge management docs and training materials.
