Delan Associates, Inc. seeks a Financial Technology Manager (Finance Oracle Fusion Consultant) to sit within the IT organization and serve as the key liaison between IT and Finance during the ERP transformation from SAP to Oracle Fusion Finance modules, translating finance needs into technical solutions.

The candidate will partner with Finance leadership, lead a small team, manage stakeholder expectations, work with IT teams and implementation partners, and keep the Oracle Fusion rollout moving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Oracle Fusion Financial Modules with at least 3 years experience.
• Completed end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between IT and Finance.
• Lead ERP transformation from SAP to Oracle Fusion.
• Partner with Finance leadership to understand requirements.
• Translate Finance needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams, integrations, and partners.
• Set expectations on system feasibility.
• Be the face of ERP implementation between IT and Finance.
• Manage challenging Finance stakeholders and push back when needed.
• Lead a starting team of 4 direct reports.
