Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to bridge business operations and technology for enterprise financial applications across billing, AR, and revenue recognition.

You will partner with stakeholders, application teams, and vendors to define requirements and implement scalable process improvements. Responsibilities include requirements discovery, data validation, testing, and production support in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years IT business analysis experience or equivalent supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with ERP financial modules and revenue recognition processes.
• Proficiency with SQL, data validation, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assists in discovery and requirements sessions across billing, collections, AR, revenue recognition, and accounting operations.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, data needs, and system-enabled solutions.
• Develop and configure system-enabled solutions, including workflow updates, automation, and reporting.
• Coordinate testing and release readiness activities with stakeholders and vendors.
• Support production incidents and assist in problem resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project documentation, flows, test artifacts, and training materials.
