Job summary

Suresales Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Proposal / Quotation Specialist to join our team in New Delhi. You will analyze RFQs and drawings, prepare technical and commercial offers, and develop BOM, costing and pricing for engineered industrial solutions.

We value precise documentation, timely submissions, and close coordination with Sales, Engineering and Vendors to deliver accurate techno-commercial proposals for EPC, HVAC, and automation projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Proposal, Estimation, Quotation, Offer Making or Tendering.
• Experience in EPC / HVAC / Oil & Gas / Automation / Valves / Instrumentation will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs, specifications & technical drawings.
• Prepare technical & commercial offers and quotations.
• Develop BOM, costing, pricing & estimation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering & Vendors.
• Prepare and revise proposals based on customer requirements.
• Support tendering, bid preparation & offer submissions.
