Leppo, Inc. seeks a Diesel Technician (all skill levels) to diagnose and repair compact equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. You’ll keep the rental fleet serviced with routine maintenance and use computer-based diagnostics to quickly identify issues.

The role offers $20-$30+ per hour depending on your skills, a bi-annual tool allowance, and quarterly plus annual bonuses, along with a full benefits package and paid time off.

What You’ll Work On

• Diagnosing and repairing compact equipment: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Keeping the rental fleet ready to work with routine maintenance
• Running computer-based diagnostics to find the problem fast
• Documenting repairs and managing work orders
