Job summary

Bobcat of Cleveland- Leppo Rents is seeking a Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair compact equipment, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. The position emphasizes keeping the rental fleet in top condition and performing routine maintenance to prevent downtime.

You will use computer-based diagnostics, document repairs, and manage work orders. The role includes a bi-annual tooling allowance and opportunities for training and development, with paid holidays,

• Experience on compact construction equipment or ability to learn quickly.
• Troubleshooter mindset: locate issues, fix them, and get equipment back operational.

JOB SPEC SHEET

• Model: Diesel Technician, all skill levels
• Rated Pay: $20–$35+/hr, depending on your skills
• Tooling Package: Bi-annual tool allowance
• Performance Output: Quarterly + annual bonuses
