Job summary

Leppo Rents is seeking a Diesel Technician of all skill levels in Ohio to diagnose, repair, and maintain a growing fleet of compact construction equipment. The role emphasizes mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel system expertise, with a focus on keeping equipment ready for rental customers.

You’ll work Monday through Friday with a bi-annual tool allowance, performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for ongoing training and development to advance your skills.
