Job summary

Circle Subaru in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking Automotive Technicians of all levels to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced Master Technician or an entry-level technician, we want to hear from you.

You’ll receive training, advancement opportunities, and the potential for unlimited earnings in a state-of-the-art facility. As part of Circle Motor Group, you’ll perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, document work and collaborate with service

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ASE certifications a plus, but not required.
• Subaru experience welcomed, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Complete repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend needed maintenance.
• Accurately document repairs and services performed.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians.
• Deliver quality workmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction.
