Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.

We are currently seeking a 1st and 2nd shift Maintenance Technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

***$1,200 Sign on bonus ($400 after 3 months, $400 after 6 months and $400 after 12 months)***

Shift Premium: $1.75/hour

Essential Job Duties:

• Perform preventative maintenance on the temper mill, lasers, sheet pickler, overhead hoists, forklifts and other equipment in the facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime to production.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Other projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience required.
• Experience with troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, circuits, PLCs, etc.
• Experience troubleshooting Laser Cutting Machines and/or Phanuc Controls.
• Experience troubleshooting sheet pickling lines, temper mills, shears, slitters a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Ability to operate a computer and/or tablet device.
• Good communication and reading skills.
• Ability to multi-task and trouble-shoot in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must have own tools (see list of required basic tools).
