What you’ll do as a Cell Tower Technician:

• Install and upgrade antennas and state-of-the-art products for customers, exceeding expectations.
• Ensure safety and quality control standards are met.
• Perform electronic testing of equipment to inspect tower operations.
• Identify problems and perform maintenance on network equipment.
• Install and service wireless equipment in the field.
• Follow OSHA and company fall safety procedures.
• Work safely in all environments.
• Arrive on time, prepared to work.
• Use hand tools and equipment effectively.
• Identify hazards associated with construction activities.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions.

What you’ll need

• Be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License.

Additional qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in construction, cable, telecommunications, or related fields (preferred but not required).
• Ability to travel as required.
• Work weekends as needed.
• Perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Maintain safety standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Physical abilities & exposures

• Climb, stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, lift, stand regularly.
• Sit occasionally.
• Climb towers up to 300 feet or more.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
