What you’ll do as a Cell Tower Technician:
  • Install state-of-the-art products for customers, exceeding expectations.
  • Ensure safety and quality control requirements are upheld.
  • Install and upgrade antennas.
  • Conduct electronic testing of equipment to inspect tower operations.
  • Identify problems and perform maintenance on network equipment.
  • Install and service wireless equipment in the field.
  • Follow OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures.
  • Work safely in all environments.
  • Show up on time every day, ready to work.
  • Use hand tools and equipment proficiently.
  • Identify hazards related to construction.
  • Work closely with your team and follow instructions.
What you’ll need
  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Additional qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in construction, cable, telecommunications, or related industries (desired but not required).
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to work weekends as needed.
  • Perform physical tasks required for the entire shift.
  • Maintain safe working habits according to regulations and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Physical abilities & exposures
  • Routinely: climb, stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, lift, stand.
  • Occasionally: sit.
  • Must be able to climb towers up to 300 feet or more.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
