Your Impact:

Pearce is seeking a GE LOTO Certified Preventative Maintenance Technician with a commitment to excellence, a strong desire to succeed, and a willingness to learn new skills using established procedures, with the highest regard for health, safety, and environmental compliance. As a Field Service Wind Technician III, you will perform daily tasks such as cleaning, organizing, minor service, and repairs to wind turbine generators and related equipment. This position is 100% travel.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance of equipment (fueling, lubrication, etc.)
• Operate a motor vehicle safely and legally per company policies and insurance requirements.
• Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures to maintain safety.
• Complete and maintain required documentation using computer-based reporting tools.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Requires GWO Certification, either existing or obtained through Pearce Training Program.

Core Experience:

• Current GE LOTO Certification (required)
• GWO certification (preferred)
• Experience as a team lead and tower lead
• Ability to work within confined spaces, such as inside a wind turbine nacelle
• Knowledge of GE platforms
• Ability to meet customer and company standards and follow project schedules

Safety is our top priority. Candidates must comply with OSHA/DOT standards.

• Ability and willingness to climb wind turbines up to 300 feet
• Maintain weight between 120 and 280 pounds for safety compliance
• Lift and move equipment over 50 pounds
• Work outdoors in adverse weather conditions
