Job Description

Defined as a Service Technician holding all 8 ASE certifications or has demonstrated proficiency on the job in all 8 skill levels as covered by the ASE requirements or as determined by the brand. Perform oil and filter exchanges

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform tire rotations, replacements and repairs
• Perform multi-point inspections
• Replace air and or cabin filters
• Perform year two, three and four repairs as assigned by the Shop Foreman

Qualifications

• Possess 4 or more years of technical training as required
• Must be proficient in all areas of the skill path for the brand
• Technician’s efficiency needs to be at 100% or higher on a consistent basis.
• Year 4 or 5 based on the Manufactures requirements will be the transition year from apprentice / junior level to Journeystatus
• Providing a minimum of 2 Factorycertifications or as required by the brand
• Continued and on-going web based training will be required
• Certifications and online training will be required to become eligible to enter into
• journeyman status
• Performing at Journey level performance and work quality.
• Personal tools may not be required if the Company is Supplying.
• Must have all ASE’s as required by the brand to become a journeyman.
• Year 4 or 5 based on the Manufactures requirements will be the transition year from apprentice / junior level to Journeystatus
• Providing a minimum of 2 Factory certifications or as required by the brand meeting all objectives.
• Continued and on-going web based training will be required
• Certifications and online training will be required to become eligible to enter into
