We are seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our team. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and offers a great work atmosphere. The Service Technician inspects, services, and prepares new and used vehicles according to factory and dealership standards, policies, and specifications. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction by completing the job correctly and on time.

Compensation

Wages include a base hourly rate and flag rate compensation ranging from $34.00 to $45.00, with an additional productivity bonus that can increase the hourly rate up to $50.00 based on individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of current models and used vehicles sufficient to effectively communicate with service and sales staff
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership procedures
• Test‑drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of time required for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Comply with all applicable company and legal requirements controlling vehicle repairs
