Job Summary:

The Golf Course Spray Technician is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the golf course. They help diagnose specific diseases and treat insects that affect critical areas of the course as well as identify and treat unwanted vegetation, using both preventative and curative methods.

Day-to-Day:

1. Operates powered equipment in mowing golf course putting greens, aprons, and tees.
2. Water and fertilizes putting greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
3. Grades and prepares a soil plant bed, lays sod, plants vegetative material, and seeds putting greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
4. Sometimes changes cups and tee markers.

About You:

1. 2+ years' experience on a golf course maintenance team.
2. Ability to obtain a pesticide applicator's certificate.
3. Must be able to lift boxes and bags that can be bulky and heavy.
