The purpose of the Shop Technician position is to receive materials, store materials, pick items, and move as well as transport items outside of the warehouse.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, ascend and descend step stools, ladders, and stairs, kneel, lift less than 50 lbs, reach above and below shoulders, stand, and walk for extended periods. Employee must see in color, at close and far distances, peripheral, depth, and be able to adjust focus. Occasional requirements include balancing, crouching, driving, lifting over 50 lbs, sitting, stooping, twisting, and working at heights.
Employees will regularly work outside and be exposed to hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards, and noise. Occasionally, indoor work in an office setting, working alone or with others, will be required. Employees must wear all appropriate personal protective equipment as per safety policies during site visits.
