• Record test results and maintain daily quality documentation; communicate needed adjustments.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following guidelines and good housekeeping.
• Escalate quality concerns to management and collaborate with production and maintenance to support compliant operations.

Quick Look

• Pay: $27.41 per hour

• Location:Aiea, HI

• Work Days:5 days a week, with a rotating schedule.

• Start Time: 14:00

• End Time: 22:30

Sample and verify product quality to keep beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina flowing to communities safely, consistently, and to specification.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine quality tests and use testing instruments to verify product and package specifications
• Pull product and packaging samples during production to confirm standards (e.g., quality, labeling, freshness dating, fill levels, and container integrity)
• Record test results and maintain daily quality documentation, communicating needed adjustments to help eliminate irregularities
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas during and after shift, following process guidelines and good housekeeping practices
• Expedite quality concerns to management and partner with production and maintenance teams to support efficient, compliant operations

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Position requires lifting/carrying cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly over 10-12 hour periods (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires continuous standing and walking, manipulating and handling product samples while sitting (with or without accommodation)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with audit compliance and food safety, testing instruments and standard operating procedures
• Experience with mechanical systems including but not limited to cooling/ammonia systems and water treatment systems
• Experience with product changeovers and equipment calibration
