Job summary

PepsiCo in Aiea, HI is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock shelves for Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, and to maintain displays and backroom organization. The role supports local and national campaigns with an emphasis on freshness and in-store presence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves and displays.
• Rotate products and check dates to ensure freshness and in-stock conditions.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and maintain neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials for national/local initiatives.
• Coordinate with store teams, relay store needs, and support orders/daily records (training provided).

Quick Look

• Pay: $24.40 per hour

• Location:Aiea, HI

• Work Days:Variable schedule, 2 days off per week

• Start Time: 5:00am

• End Time: 3:00pm

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
