Job summary

EMP Trust HR Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Technician - Quality Control in Greenville, MS to inspect and grade product samples and report findings accurately. This on-site role requires meticulous measurement and record-keeping in a fast-paced food production setting.

The position is a safety sensitive role with rotating shifts; days, evenings, and nights. It requires physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, and wear PPE while maintaining sanitary

Qualifications

• Must possess basic math skills and take measurements.
• Must have hand/eye coordination and balance.
• Must know how to use a calculator.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds daily.
• Able to climb stairs and a 3 ft ladder.
• Must stand and walk for long periods.
• Must wear required PPE.
• Must follow safety and food safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Collect, inspect, and grade samples by appearance.
• Document and maintain records of test results.

Also responsible for documenting and maintaining records of results of test.
