Atkore International is seeking a Quality Technician for 1st shift in Kokomo, IN. You will ensure quality parts are produced and contain nonconforming items, while adhering to safety rules on the shop floor.

We are currently looking for a Quality Technician to be based out of Kokomo Indiana, reporting to the Quality Supervisor. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring quality parts are being produced during their shift and any nonconforming parts are properly contained.
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $19.77 -$23.49 per hour plus shift differential of $1.00 and a quarterly incentive with a 10% target. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
