+ Schedule: PRN, available between 7:45am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday

+ Facility: Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center

+ Location: Indianapolis, IN

**Responsibilities**

• Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
• Aid with movement and placement of patients.
• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Report changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Document necessary records.
• Maintain patient rooms and medical equipment.

**Requirements**

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire or transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of relevant experience. Professional licensure/certification may substitute for education or experience if applicable.

**Additional Preferences**

Experience as a PCT, tech, or CNA is a plus.
