Job summary

Skills

Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, 5S and HACCP

Competencies in computer and Microsoft Office skills

Good level of English (Writing, listening, and speaking)

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production running smoothly and efficiency with high productivity.
• Control and improve packaging material to minimize the loss in the packaging line.
• Involve and take corrective action of machine owner to achieve the highest quality and quantity of product.
• Assist line leader to complete the daily operation report correctly and on time.
• Perform and investigate Root Cause Failure Analysis by following the manual operation and troubleshooting of machine to ensure the production runs smoothly with high productivity.
• Ensure the sustainability in the actual practice of ISO (QMS, FSMS, EMS), GMP and HACCP among subordinate to achieve highest quality and food safety of product in each process from packaging material to finish goods.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and minor repair in the packaging line to restore the basic condition of plant equipment with Occupational Health and Safety manner.
• Implement and maintain 5S + 2S (5S, Safety and Security) at packaging areas to ensure safety and improvement on working environment.
• Other tasks will be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

• Education:
  • Bachelor Degree in Technical Skill, Engineering or equivalent
• Experiences:
  • Fresh or 1 year of experience in Technical Management or equivalent in FMCG Manufacturing
• Skills and knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, 5S and HACCP in a manufacturing environment
  • Competencies in computer and Microsoft offices skills
  • Good level of English (Writing, listening and Speaking)
