  • Support physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and escalation issues for corrective action.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations, inventory management, and material availability.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or materials management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems and business applications to support warehouse and inventory operations.
  • Ability to perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Ability to understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and communicate deviations to the Materials Management Supervisor or Materials Management Administrator for corrective action.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment and work in an industrial environment.
  • Experience using SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for inventory management, goods movements, material receipts, material issues, cycle counts, and reporting preferred.
  • Forklift certification and prior experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial warehouse environment.
