Job summary

Blue Origin in the United States is seeking a skilled manufacturing technician to support production and resolve issues across multiple stages of the build process. You will set up, test, and calibrate machinery, and ensure materials and components meet specifications.

Responsibilities include performing quality checks, maintaining records, and supporting engineering/production teams. Relocation is provided, travel up to 5%, and a shift option is available.

Qualifications

• 2-3 manufacturing experience.
• Familiar with multiple types of part marking.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or eligible to work in the U.S.

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers (use as appropriate), you will Provide tactical and technical support to Engineering/Production/Manufacturing by resolving production issues, preparing systems, equipment, materials, and components for use at various stages during the production process. Sets up, tests, and calibrates machinery, sets up and conducts tasks, and performs quality assurance according to engineering guidelines. Processes raw materials for use in production and performs quality control checks to ensure that established standards are met. Tests for functionality and adherence to established tolerances, and makes adjustments or repairs as needed. Provides status, maintains records and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
